Based in Portland Oregon, Curiosa is a four-member band that covers post-punk/new wave rock music from the 80s through early 90s.

AARON ANDRADE (keyboards/vocals) is a longtime Northwest area musician, currently performing in two other bands -- Blondie tribute Glass of Hearts and classic rock artisans Veteran Cosmic Rockers. His background also includes a cappella, 'tribal singing' and radio documentary music. 

WES ROTH (guitar/vocals) has been performing with various Portland bands for the better part of the 21st century. He has been the lead guitarist for such groups as Cold Fusion, Pickman's Models, and Mostly Stones. In addition, Wes has sung in productions for Opera Theater Oregon and Ping and Woof Opera.

LUKE V. BATE (kneeling; drums/percussion) is a relative newcomer to the Pacific Northwest. Originally from Maryland, Luke broke in his first drum set with college friends in a number of bands, including Brain Size 7 and 80's is Enuff, while also performing in orchestral percussion ensembles. After a short stint in the Lovecraft Jazz Group, Luke relocated to Arizona and, with his love of world beat music, started drumming in Phoenix's desert rat reggae scene with the Rasta Farmers and Steel Roots.  Since moving to Portland Luke continued providing the one drop and steppers beat with the Portland Reggae Alliance, and is excited to be plugging in his electronic drums for Curiosa. 

DAVID BOICOURT (bass) has played in popular rockers Beth Willis band, French ‘60s band Les Etrangers and Blondie tribute Blondage.
